1Use of the website

You may read, share and use the content on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, for example quoting a pun in a card, a social post or a school assignment. Please credit QuickPun with a link when you share our content online.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Copy or republish substantial parts of the site, whole articles or our collections on another website, app or product
• Scrape, crawl or harvest content or data by automated means, except search engines indexing the site for search results
• Use the content to train or build commercial datasets or AI models
• Sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit the content or our original images

2Intellectual property

The site’s original text, graphics, logos and design belong to Webnex Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Some material, such as public-domain texts or quotations, belongs to others and is used under the applicable law or licence.

3Your submissions

If you send us content, such as a comment, a pun suggestion or a correction, you confirm that it is your own original work or that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

You grant Webnex Technologies a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish, edit, adapt and display it on our websites and social channels, with or without credit. We may decline, edit or remove any submission.

4Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or defamatory, or that infringes another person’s rights
• Post spam, advertising or links for promotional purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, hack or overload the site, or get around security or access controls
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with anyone

We may remove content and block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email webnextechnology@gmail.com with:

2. A description of the copyrighted work
3. The URL of the material you believe infringes it
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We review every notice and remove material where appropriate.

6Third-party links and advertising

The site contains links to other websites and shows ads from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

7Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, for general information and entertainment. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 8Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Webnex Technologies and its owners, staff and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webnex Technologies from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or content you submit.

10Governing law and disputes

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
